President Trump to rename the Gulf of Mexico to the "Gulf of America"

At a press conference this morning, President Trump stated that he wants to rename the Gulf of Mexico as the "Gulf of America."

The President elect stated the following about the name change earlier this morning at his residence in Mar-a-lago:

"We're going to be changing the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America, which has a beautiful ring that covers a lot of territory, the Gulf of America.

"What a beautiful name. And it's appropriate. It's appropriate."

Do you like the name change? From here on out, when Texans visit the beach at Galveston or Corpus Christi, they'll no longer be gazing out at the Gulf of Mexico, but instead, the Gulf of America. Do you agree with President Trump? Does it have a ring to it?
